We were so lucky to be invited to the family press event thanks to the amazing team at Zippos Circus.
Zippos are there this year performing a different show to the one that is on tour (which we saw earlier in the year). It’s under an hour so perfect for the kids to sit through and of course it has the Christmas theme!
I’ve been to Winter Wonderland before but not with children. I always associated it with beer and markets and people getting drunk in the festive spirit.
This was a whole new experience for me because my girls absolutely loved it. We went on about 10 different rides including the Big Wheel and the Ice Slide!
There is also a Miss & Mr Men show there which is great for the kids.
We tried to see Santa but he was a very popular man we decided we didn’t want to wait over an hour.
The only downside was how expensive the food was. £5 for a small portion of chips, which I felt was too much considering there was a McDonald’s at the train station. You couldn’t take your own food or drink in for security reasons.
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is managed and produced by IMG.
